Return and exchange Policy

You have 72 hours to return or exchange any item purchased from Daar-Kak.

You may request a refund or exchange using the following methods:

Only products in brand-new condition qualify for a refund or exchange. Before removing any affixed hang tags or discarding the packing, we highly suggest our clients do a complete post-delivery inspection of all goods. The following items must be returned unused, unclean, undamaged, and finished with their original hang tags: Before distributing any of our items, we double-check them to guarantee they are in excellent condition. However, if your item is broken, wrong, incomplete, or defective, please notify us immediately, and we will ensure a prompt exchange. It is not possible to exchange an order more than once.

Exchange

  1. 1. The reimbursement will be handled when the return is evaluated.
  2. 2. Replacement is contingent on the supplier's stock availability. If the product is unavailable, you will get a full, no-questions-asked refund if the product is unavailable.
  3. 3. Please note that the Cash on Delivery and shipping fees will not be deducted from your refund since they are non-refundable fees.
