Faulty Products: We request customers to inspect the products in front of the delivery person. If you receive a faulty item, we will gladly exchange it at our expense.
Size Exchange: In case the product you received doesn't fit you properly, we offer a size exchange. We will bear the exchange charges to ensure you get the right fit.
Design Preference: If you wish to exchange a product due to a change in design preference, we are happy to assist you. However, in such cases, the customer will be responsible for covering the exchange charges.
